Our entry sign has been restored and replaced. As a reminder, the sign was temporarily removed for repairs. This was done by sandblasting the sign to remove rust and dirt and then powder coated to make it pretty again. With the installation, modifications were made to hold the backlighting for the sign and additional hooks were put in place to allow for decorations. With repairs completed this year to the rock and tuck-pointing on the monuments and restoration to the sign, we should have beautiful entrance monuments for years to come.
The current sign was initially completed in December of 2010 through the generous donations of time and money by Jack and Sue Krueger, Beth Keisling, Shane Siegfried, Pete and Nita Carner, Steve Bedoe, Ron Segal, Michael Warring, and many Vista Bonita neighbors.
A big THANK YOU to John Sheahan for spearheading the removal, restoration, and replacement of the sign. Also, please thank Larry Dick, Michael Warring, Rich Feller, and Lance Smith for helping to remove and replace the sign for restoration.
